One: Brief introduction

The charger is currently a relatively advanced intelligent battery charger, which changes the charging mode of the traditional charger. The self-developed battery charging management function has an optimized charging and discharging curve. When charging, as long as the battery and charger plug-in are connected, and the power is turned on, the machine can automatically detect the existing power and ambient temperature of the battery to be charged, and charge according to the different discharge capacity of the battery to be charged and the real-time ambient temperature. Three: Warning!

1. Please read the manual carefully before using and installing the charger.

2. There is the same voltage equivalent to the power grid in the machine, non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble the machine with power on

3. The charging appliance should be installed in a dry and clean environment to prevent moisture and dust;

4. The charger can only charge the battery with the corresponding capacity, otherwise it will cause danger or major accident.

Four: operation

1: Connect the charging output line of the charger to the battery.

2: Plug in the input power supply, the charging will automatically enter the charging program, the battery will be detected, and the charging will start, and the battery 20% capacity indicator (1 red LED) will flash at the same time. When the battery capacity reaches 80%, the battery 80% capacity indicator (2 green LEDs) flashes at the same time. Charging stops when the battery is full, and the battery's 100% capacity indicator (3 yellow LEDs) will keep on.

3: When the internal temperature of the charger reaches 55℃, the fan starts and stops below 40℃. If the internal temperature of the charger exceeds 85℃ due to the damage of the fan or special circumstances, the protection will be turned off automatically, and it can recover automatically when the temperature drops to normal temperature.

4: The RUN light is always on during normal charging, and the ERORR light is always on when the internal temperature of the machine is overheated or other faults, and it will recover after the fault is restored.
