Common failure analysis and processing method of DCDC power supply module

1. dcdc power module protection

The overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, and overtemperature of the AC input of the dcdc power module will cause the charging module to be protected. Please confirm according to the fault code. The cabinet is equipped with glass doors or the cabinet is airtight, which may cause over-temperature protection of the charging module. Too high ambient temperature in the equipment room will also cause overheating protection of the charging module.

2. The dcdc power module is faulty

The output voltage of the dcdc power module is too high or the output overcurrent will cause the module to be protected. The dc power module needs to be disconnected from the AC and then powered on again to restore the module to normal. In the manual working state, the output overvoltage alarm value defaults to 242V, so unreasonable voltage adjustment may cause the module's dcdc power supply module to output an overvoltage alarm. In this case, readjust the output voltage of the module to be within the normal range.

3. Uneven current of dcdc power modules

If the current equalization line is not connected, or the current equalization line is connected incorrectly, it may cause uneven current flow. It is not possible to share current between the control mother module and the closing module. Disconnect the current equalization line and communication line, load the module, and measure the signal on the current equalization port of the module; short-circuit the positive and negative of the current equalization port, the output voltage of the dcdc power module should drop by about 10V.

4. The dcdc power module communication is interrupted

Setting the wrong address of the charging module will cause the communication of the charging module to be interrupted, and setting the same address for two different charging modules will also cause the communication of the monitoring module to be interrupted. When the dcdc power module is not working, the communication of the charging module will be interrupted. When the number of modules set by the monitor is more than the actual number of dcdc power modules, it will cause the redundant dc power module to report a communication failure because the dc power module does not exist at this time. The address of the charging module should be set from 1, and the addresses of the modules in the same group must be set consecutively. The output voltage of the module is almost zero, and the output current is below 15% of the rated current. The module has a short-circuit protection function. Please check whether there is a short circuit at the output terminal of the dcdc power module.

5. The voltage output of the dcdc power module cannot reach the set voltage

The overload of the dcdc power module will cause the current limit, so that the output voltage of the charging module cannot reach the set value.
