The development of semiconductor material integration, power module packaging and power circuit topology has brought the power module to a new upgrade level, and the power module is developing towards the component level step by step. With the promotion of flexible production and integrity design of power modules, the use of control modules has gradually become standardized, the use of power circuits has become easier and easier, and the selection of motors has become easier. Various power module manufacturers have just begun to integrate components and power circuits to control costs as much as possible and enhance their competitiveness.
