Frequently Asked Questions of Acdc Power Module

The external power supply of the Acdc power module series power module products is generally the mains 220V power supply, because it is affected by the unstable external voltage, which is larger than the Acdc power module series. Moreover, the mains is generally easily affected by unknown voltages such as lightning, so the module power supply of the Acdc power module series may often encounter some failures during use. The following classification briefly analyzes the reasons.

1. When customers use our Acdc power module products, how can their output voltage be much lower than the normal value? What's the matter?

1) Output overcurrent: If the power of the output load exceeds the rated power of the product, then its output voltage may be lower than the normal value, and other normal output characteristics may not be guaranteed; 2), the output belt The capacitive load is too large.

2. Why does the customer burn out as soon as they use our wide-voltage products? What's the matter? 1) The input voltage is too high and far exceeds the allowable voltage input range.

3. Why is there no voltage output after the customer uses our Acdc power module products? 1), the output load power is too large; 2), the output filter capacitor is too large; 3), the input power is too small;

4) The input is incorrectly connected, and N or L is connected to FG; 5) The input voltage is too high and the module is damaged.

4. The customer uses our Acdc power module dual output product and finds that the output voltage of the secondary circuit is unstable. What's the matter? 1) The load power of the output +/-voltage is relatively unbalanced, {{4 }} The load on voltage is larger, and the load on voltage is smaller.

5. Customers who use one of our Acdc power module products feel that its ripple noise is very large, and it has some impact on the subsequent circuits. What is the reason? 1) There are high-frequency products nearby, which cause interference;

2) The test method is wrong. The power supply needs to use a 20MHz oscilloscope, and the probe is removed for testing. For details, please refer to the following figure 1 test method.

6. The customer used one of our Acdc power module products and found that a small batch of them was damaged and the other products performed well. What happened?

1) Excessive load power: If the load power at the output end is too large, it may cause--a small part of the module is easy to damage, because our products have a certain margin in the design, but it is impossible for each product The power margins are the same, some are more, some are small, and have a certain relationship with the process. Therefore, for modules with small margins, overload damage may occur due to overload;

2). The output filter capacitor is too large: it is easy to cause overcurrent damage when the module is frequently started.

3) There is a high voltage surge to the input terminal: due to the difference of the components, some withstand the high point of the surge, and some withstand the low point of the surge. Therefore, for the module that withstands the low point of the surge, it may be due to the input high voltage wave. Surge and cause damage.

7.Acdc power module products get very hot during work, what's the matter?

1) Load overcurrent: It is possible that the load at the output end is overloaded, that is, the power required by the load is greater than the maximum output power of the module, which causes a lot of heat to be generated inside the module; 2) The input voltage is too low and full load: This situation will easily cause the module to heat up due to the low efficiency of the module.

8. The customer has used one of our Acdc power module products for a period of time. What happened? 1) Due to the excessive capacitance of the output terminal, the module was damaged due to overcurrent when the module was started; 2) Due to the long-term voltage of the input terminal Too high causes damage to the switch tube at the input of the module;

3). The reliability of the module is reduced due to the long-term operation of the module in a high temperature situation.
