Industrial control power supply manufacturers analyze the working process of industrial power supply

Industrial control power supply manufacturerThe industrial power supply is a kind of power supply specially designed for industry. It is widely used in various industries. When it comes to its working process, I believe many people don't know it. After all, few people will specialize in these, unless you are in this industry, or have a large demand for power modules, otherwise few people will take the initiative to understand it, then what is the workflow of industrial power supply? Industrial control power supply manufacturers will come to tell everyone.

After the mains power enters the power supply, it is rectified and filtered into a high-voltage DC power, and then converted into a high-frequency low-voltage pulse through a switching circuit and a high-frequency switching transformer, and then rectified and filtered to output a low-voltage DC power supply.

When the mains power enters the power supply, it must first pass through a choke and capacitor to filter out high-frequency clutter and in-phase interference signals. Then pass through the inductor and capacitor to further filter out high-frequency clutter. Next, after rectification by a full-bridge circuit composed of 4 diodes and filtering by a large-capacity filter capacitor, the current is converted from high-voltage alternating current to high-voltage direct current.

After the process of AC-GG gt; DC, but this is only the first process, the current still cannot be directly supplied to the computer, and further adjustments are needed.

After the AC-DC conversion, the current enters the core part of the power supply-the switching circuit. The switch circuit is mainly composed of two switch tubes, which are turned on and off in turn to convert the direct current into a high-frequency pulsating direct current. Next, it is sent to the high-frequency switching transformer for step-down.

The pulsating voltage after being stepped down by the high-frequency switching transformer must also be rectified and filtered with diodes and filter capacitors. In addition, there will be one or two inductors and filter capacitors to filter out high-frequency AC components.

After the above series of processes, the output current can be regarded as the purer low-voltage direct current required by the computer.
