1. The user's requirements. If high isolation voltage is required, the selected wire for the AC adapter must be of high level. The output power is also the key, which directly affects the selected material. For micro-power, it is better to select materials and circuits. 2. Pay attention to the current. When selecting the device, you must pay attention to the current, and how much current can be used. At this point, when PCB wiring, where large currents are consumed, the lines should be thick.

3. When the components are matched with the circuit, there are distributed parameters, the corresponding inductance and capacitance will change, and the ripple characteristics will be affected! After adjusting and working continuously for several hours to measure its stable performance, the key is to carry load detection. No-load detection usually does not reflect its main performance, because the detection is dynamic detection in the process of loading!

4. The analog ground and digital ground must be separated and connected at a certain point. Do not connect the analog ground and digital ground casually, as this will cause some interference.

5. Pay attention to heat dissipation. When the dcdc power module is working, it will generate a lot of heat, so the heat dissipation work must be done well.
